Join us for Illinois Water Day on Friday, April 8th, from 1pm to 5pm at NCSA. Illinois Water Day is inspired by World Water Day, a global recognition of the importance of safe, clean and abundant water resources. We have expert talks and panel discussions followed by free food and poster session.

Announcement from Rhonda McElroy, Director of Graduate Programs, College of Engineering:

I hope all of you had a great spring break!  I would like to welcome all MS and PhD students who will be enrolled for the entire 2016-2017 academic year to apply to be a member of the 2016-2017 Engineering Graduate Student Advisory Committee (EGSAC).  EGSAC is a committee of 12-14 graduate students from the different engineering departments that help advise the College of Engineering on topics that are important to graduate education.  This is a great opportunity to get involved in a leadership role within the college and to help shape graduate education for engineering graduate students.  In addition, you will have the opportunity to meet and work with other graduate students outside of your department!
