Spring 2020 Deadlines

Dissertation Deposit Deadline

Friday, May 8 at 5 p.m. is the last day to complete a dissertation deposit for May 2020 graduation. Because all corrections and all required deposit materials must be received by the Graduate College no later than 5 p.m. on the day of the deposit deadline, the Thesis Office strongly encourages students to submit the thesis for review several days before the deadline. Spring 2020 Credit/No Credit Registration Deadline

The deadline to change a course to the credit/no-credit grading option for a Spring semester course or to change from the credit/no-credit grading option to a regular grade has been extended to Thursday, April 30. Students are encouraged to discuss this option with their adviser and graduate program. Students need to submit a Credit/No Credit Form to the Graduate College to complete the process. We will accept email documentation in place of signatures. Please attach emails from the student and the advisor to the form when uploading to the Secure Form Drop Off.

Spring 2020 Curriculum Changes

The deadline to change your curriculum for the current term has been extended to Thursday, April 30. This includes adding or dropping a campus approved minor or concentration. Please check your student program information in Self-Service to verify your program information is listed correctly. Information on how to change your curriculum is available online.

Spring 2020 Semester Registration Deadlines

The deadline to drop a course or withdraw from ALL semester courses without a grade of W has been extended to Thursday, April 30. To drop a course, students must submit a Late Registration Form. To fully withdraw, students need to complete a Withdrawal/Cancellation Form (department approval required; ISSS approval is also required for international students). Students are encouraged to discuss these decisions with their adviser and program. Email documentation will be accepted in place of signatures and should be attached to the form when uploading to the Secure Form Drop Off.
