Fundamentals of traffic engineering; analysis of traffic stream characteristics; capacity of urban and rural highways; design and analysis of traffic signals and intersections; traffic control; traffic impact studies; traffic accidents. Course Information: 3 undergraduate hours. 3 or 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: CEE 310.
