Peace Corps Opportunities for CEE Students

If you're interested in applying your engineering skills to development work overseas, consider joining the Peace Corps as an Environment Volunteer after graduation. The Peace Corps is looking for U.S. citizens with four-year degrees in civil engineering and environmental engineering to fill positions in water sanitation and hygiene. Seniors graduating in May are strongly recommended to apply before Jan. 1. To learn more about the types of environment-related projects that Peace Corps Volunteers work on, benefits during and after service, and the application process, email or talk to the Peace Corps campus recruiter every Tuesday and Friday, 10:30am-12:30pm, in the Career Center Resource Room (715 S. Wright St.).
