John O. Fooks and William D. Fooks Scholarship

The scholarship will be used to promote academic excellence in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering in The Grainger College of Engineering at the University of Illinois. 

The award is divided into two equal payments: one during the Fall semester, and one during the Spring semester.
