Choices & Consequences in CEE - To introduce the principles of consequence modeling for structural and civil infrastructure systems, stakeholder-centered evaluation, and decision metrics; to provide tools for comparing decision alternatives across technical, social, and economic dimensions; and to offer insights into the role and limitations of these tools in real-world civil engineering decision-making.
