CEE Fall 2020 Job Fair will be hosted on Wednesday and Thursday, September 23-24, 2020 via virtual platform VFairs. Registration is now open. Sign up will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Companies are automatically signed up for both days of the fair.

All questions concerning the CEE Job Fair should be directed to Keely Ashman. E-mail is the most reliable contact method and will result in the quickest response, but please read all the information below before sending a message to the event coordinator.

Note: Companies are encouraged to register early. The CEE Job Fair tends to fill up quickly.
August 28, 2020
Last day to cancel registration with full refund.
No refunds for cancellation requests received after this date.
September 18, 2020
Last date to input company booth information and job postings on virtual VFairs platform.

VIRTUAL JOB FAIR
Cost, Equipment, and Services Provided
The cost of attending the virtual CEE job fair is $700.
All companies who select CHECK as payment type will receive an invoice after registration is completed.
Each company will receive the following:
- Virtual booth (can include company logo, brochures, company information and website and company video);
- Up to 8 company representatives can be present per booth;
- Group and private chats available per recruiter;
- Resume book offered through VFairs. Search functions available.
No in-person interview spaces will be available following the Fall 2020 Job Fair. We encourage all companies to facilitate and schedule their own virtual interviews via Zoom, Skype or other options.
Company Descriptions and Job Announcements
Brief company descriptions should be uploaded during registration. Company names and descriptions will be made available to students in advance of the job fair.
Companies wishing to post job announcements in advance of the fair should do so via Handshake, our new online job board. No individual listings will be sent to students. Please contact Engineering Career Services (217-333-1960) if you have questions about posting on Handshake. Important: entering postings into Handshake does not register you for the job fair. To attend the job fair you must complete the CEE registration form.
Please be aware that the latest possible date to cancel registration with a full refund is August 28, 2020.
Credit card payments are preferred and you will be directed to the payment portal upon completion of your registration.
Check payments are due by August 28, 2020. Please make checks payable to “University of Illinois".

CEE Networking Night
Due to COVID-19, there will be no CEE Networking Night for the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 Job Fairs.
