ASE is Pre-Qualified by Illinois DOT in the following areas: Highway Design, Subsurface Utility Engineering, Construction Inspection, Land/Route Surveys, and Eminent Domain Negotiation. ASE has significant experience in all aspects of engineering, surveying and construction inspection in support of Phase I, Phase II and Construction Mgmt operations. ASE can help with topographic surveys, parcel surveys, planning studies, drainage location studies, rail design, estimating, and construction inspection. ASE owns and operates the only Mobile LiDAR data capture system that allows capture of design grade data at highway speeds.
