Garcia receives IAHR Honorary Membership

Professor Marcelo Garcia has been awarded Honorary Membership in the International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR), the highest honor bestowed by the association on an individual. It is given in recognition of outstanding career contributions to the field of hydro-environment engineering and for exemplary service to IAHR.
