Graduate student receives 2nd place at C3 Symposium Student Poster Competition

CEE at Illinois graduate student Kevin Danner received the ‘C3 Symposium 2025 Student Poster Competition Second Place Award’ for his work titled “Assessment of Textured Epoxy-Coated Rebars in Concrete for Chloride-Induced Corrosion.”  Danner's work under Caterpillar Faculty Scholar, Associate Head and Director of Undergraduate Studies and CEE Professor John S Popovics was presented at the C3 symposium in Chicago in October.
