Favorite college memory:
One of my favorite college memories is meeting my group for ENG100. We worked so well together and became friends over making the group project for the water filtration system. We made a group chat and we still use it to meet up to this day!
Another favorite college memory is every year I participated in the Women in Engineering (WIE) orientation (which was all four). I participated in the orientation as a freshman and I met so many incredible women that helped me get a head start in college. I felt like I would have been more lost in joining RSO's, understanding how class websites work, etc if I didn't have advice and help from the mentors. After that, I became a mentor for the next three years because I wanted to meet and help all the women that enter the university after me.
My last favorite college memory is revealing myself as a big sister to multiple individuals for two organizations: Alpha Omega Epsilon (A.O.E.) and Philippine Student Association (PSA). I have 1 little sister in A.O.E. and 6 little siblings (also known as "adings" in Tagalog) in PSA. I was so excited to bond with these individuals, and their faces when they saw me as their big sister made me so happy because I knew that they would be someone that I can always trust and talk to. I can also be someone that they can look up to, talk to, or ask for advice.
Immediate plans:
Right after graduation, I will be moving to Texas for a full time job I will be starting this summer. I will be working for North Tarrant Infrastructure, a company under Ferrovial Agroman, as an associate project manager. I'm a bit nervous but super excited to move and start the job!
Future plans:
Unsure of my future plans at the moment. I eventually want to get an MBA. I do know that I want to become a project manager, so I hope within 10 years I gain enough experience and work for a company that I absolutely love.
