Physical processes involved in transport of pollutants by water; turbulent diffusion and longitudinal dispersion in rivers, pipes, lakes, and the ocean; diffusion in turbulent jets, buoyant jets, and plumes. Course Information: Prerequisite: MATH 285 and TAM 335.
